We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. All prices are in USD, US Dollar.
How secure is this store?

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
All our styles are made to order with care and attention to detail, so things can take time. If possible, we please purchase your piece(s) at least 2-3 months before the date in which you will need it for U.S. domestic orders. USA orders are usually sent by First Class Mail and packages are normally received about 7 days AFTER item is shipped. You can also upgrade to USPS Priority Mail option during checkout. Shipping time estimate does not include processing times of 4-6 weeks.
We highly recommend purchasing your piece at least 3 months prior to the date you will need your order to arrive. Shipping may take from 2 weeks to 1 month or longer and this does not include the up to 7 week production turnaround. Don't wait until the last minute! We cannot guarantee the delivery time of international orders as there may be unforeseeable customs or weather related delays.
You will have the option of USPS First Class International Shipping (4+ weeks, no online tracking, no delivery confirmation), USPS Priority International Shipping (average of 15-20 business days not guaranteed, delivery confirmation, online tracking). Dates are approximate and additional delays in customs may occur. Shipping time estimate does not include processing times of 4-6 weeks.
Please note that you are responsible for any import duties/taxes incurred and those fees are not included in our pricing or shipping fees.
Please ensure that you list a secure shipping address. We will ship to the address you provide at checkout so please be sure to make sure it is entered correctly. We will not reimburse for items shipped to the incorrect address due to customer error.
Due to the nature of bridal accessories, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your purchased item if you have any problem with it. We will do our best to resolve the problem, as we want you to be happy with your purchase.
Please respect our shop policies and do not demand us to take a return on your item or threaten us if we're unable to accommodate you in this request. If a special exception is made, a 15% return fee will apply and the item must be returned unworn in brand new condition in 24 hours of receiving and the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs. ( So, the refund will be your paid amount minus %15 return fee and the shipping cost .)
If you receive the incorrect product or if your product arrives damaged (not due to shipping or carelessness with handling), please email us within 24 hours of item receipt and we will repair or replace as needed. After 24 hours of receipt, any damages to the item will fully be the responsibility of the buyer.
